The staff do all they can to help you.
They are going from one patient and to the next patient as quickly as possible, and they are very gentle with you.
They seem to understand all your needs.
So its 24 hour care and that is all you can asked for.

Night times night mare!!
Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. Shortage of staff on occasions. My care very good.
Lengthy wait for discharge.
