Staff were friendly and helpful.
Katherine ans Sam were really great.
Nothing.
Caring and sympathetic.
I do not understand the negative image of the NHS by the press.
Having traveled extensive i found my recent experience at maid stone hospital. To be a big vindication for our wonderful NHS and all the staff in this ward and compassionate and efficient.
Staff in waiting area very friendly, put you at ease - well done Shirley, Heidi and Ansam.
Dr explained everything clearly.
Person taking you to theatre very reassuring and friendly.
1st experience of eye surgery and nervous but can't complain at all.
Within this ward - staff helpful, friendly, caring.
In admissions - service was extremely poor.
Very polite and caring staff, felt very welcome, good for calming the nerves!!
Excellent staff - answered all of our questions/concerns.
Waiting for almost 4 hours before mum was taken through for her procedure. She is nearly 86 and has vascular dementia!!
Sister's note - patient ate and was having sedation, had to wait for 6 hours after eating before going to theatre.
Quick and easy.
This was 2nd op.
Long delay between two-first was in March, and paperwork seemed to get lost in system so we had to chase.
Very impressed with care given extremely dedicated staff.
Nursing staff are outstanding, could not do enough for you. (Would not change anything).
