My Father presented with potentially life threatening symptoms by ambulance The paramedics were superb and kept us informed throughout The doctor on duty on arrival however was polite but impersonal as was the 'nurse ' who both told us that my precious Dad wouldn't live I don't have their names, understandable I think as this was at approximately 3am on Tuesday 10th September in Maidstone AE I imagine this will go into some cloud somewhere and the individuals in question will continue with their poor practice And berieved relatives like myself and family will be left with such bad memories of Maidstone Hospital-after all my experience of any one staff member reflects the values of all I expect to hear from 'you ' Thank you
