Had a medical procedure in the Chronic Pain department, and can only praise all staff, from doctors nurses receptionist. It was unfortunate that I had an Australian nurse while I was listening to Test Match Special while having my treatment. Lots of banter she was fantastic as were rest of nursing staff, Every thing was explained, and I was treated with respect, even by the Australian!!!!!!
