All very attentive and efficient and professional. Two minor observations: 1. I would have welcomed prior information on level of fasting needed, dependent on nature of anesthetic envisaged. Pre-assessment was in June and is documented patient does not need to fast. However, generic letters sent out by the trust for admission cause confusion. 2. Five minutes warning before being 'taken down' would have enabled final to visit to the loo no leg-crossing possible on the 'table' Patients are able to go before theatre and we will wait for them we do not know in advance when the theatre team will come to collect the patient, but they will wait. Now patients being reminded.
