Professionalism shown by all members of staff. Clear explanation of what to expect. Reassurance to ask for help it needed. Staff are knowledgeable and informative. Late appointment was portect - impressed by doctors willing to do this. Referral was extremely fast. Telephone consultation by assessment nurse a great idea can't think of any improvements.
