Informed of procedure process, pre during and post. Guided, reassured, welcomed and cared for from start to finish. Felt relaxed and confident in good hands for my procedure. All staff friendly, cheerful, professional. Gastroscopy is not a fun procedure - but today was totally manageable because of staff care.
