Every single member of staff was friendly, caring and with an abundance of patience on what was a very busy day. Every step of the way, I had the opportunity to ask questions. Everything was explained to me and overall member of staff were calm, sweet, kind and reassuring. Humour also helped. The odd pat on the back or touch of hand that some may not like (in this day and age) but I felt reassured and safe. Excellent service and treatment. Genuinely cannot fault anything or anyone.
