The hospital was clean in all areas:- the cleaners were constantly hoovering, sweeping and wiping everything. All the loos that I visited were clean - no mean task! The nursing and auxiliary staff were so patient and kind to patients and visitors, nothing was too much trouble. They were firm but fair too. What more can one ask for? Doctors were generally good but could offer more explanations about treatment etc. However, some people don't want to know about everything - a difficult one. I guess we have to learn what questions to ask! Everyone needs a pay rise! Well done all.
