(1) Need more accurate information about admission times by phone. (Phoned by ward) two days prior-message left to ring-but no number-ward SSO shut Sunday. Arrived 7.30 am Monday at SSO to be told no admission until 12.30 pm went back 12.30 pm-went for op 4.45 pm.-hour wait-no food or water. (Since previous day).
Good transferred to MOU overnight cared for by Stephenie whose care was superb.
Generally all the kind, caring, excellent-no complaints at all.
