I liked Hannah's approach, I feel I had a good rapport.
The help she gave has been beneficial going forwards.
It was very kind to give me extra sessions, as I did feel I needed them.

Being treated as an individual. Allowed to do my own thing e.g. relaxing and listening to music, having a massage, counselling or interacting with other patients. It was a very happy and rewarding experience being beneficial for my needs.
