Kate was an excellent support to me through my cancer journey and in remission. The weekly session allowed a space for me to process everything that was going on for me.

Your support staff were excellent and my counsellor Kate was extremely kind, respectful real and clearly very highly experienced and skilled. I am very grateful for her support.

Suggested improvements
Offer more sessions! I could really benefit from more help but I am very grateful for what received and the service is a great resource for the area.

After asking for counselling, longfield quickly arranged it for me. I was allocated Liz as my counsellor, she was very kind and understanding. Even though my current beheavment and my distant past bereavement were complex and painful.

Suggested improvements
At the beginning of counselling. I stated my daughter felt I was need help with other problems, Liz said that was something that could be arranged? at our final session when I said I wanted to and counselling, Liz ended the session { } no number exchanged and this { } me feeling sad and wondering had I badd too troublesome??
