The staff worked hard to make the experience a pleasure for us. The food was good.

The only thing I can think of would be to have a printed handout of what t expect each work of the course. Or online - better (less paper waste).

From walking in the building and meeting the receptionist to going into the counseling sessions was made lovely by the nice cal polite, helpful staff. I always felt so cal and relaxed by the time I left.

I think a sessions are not really long enough in my opinion although I did manage to sort my main problem out but a few more sessions would have been nice.

To be given the 1 hour sessions of therapy was such a relaxing and most welcome treat for me - to have some time totally to myself to { } and contemplate - thank you for this amazing experience and opportunity.

I was listened to treated as an individual. Staff are always gentle and do their upmost to understand and accommodate my needs even when I am not being the easiest of people to understand. Together we worked thro my needs, even when I am not sure what I need myself! Miscommunication has been picked up and felt with very, gently and effectively.

Chris was kind, caring, professional, patient, friendly, supportive Chris was kind enough to listen, intuitive in her treatment of me, I was very thankful for her support and the Reiki treatment given.

The counsellor was excellent and helped me a lot. Would recommend this service to anyone suffering with bereuvment especially when covid related.
