I had seven sessions of bereavement counseling. It was very helpful and I feel a lot better now. The sessions helped one find a way through my difficulties.

I was invited via wait to join 'walk and talk' which I did for one session and loved it. I was then disinvited due to the rule of needing to complete m{ } counselling. I understand this was an admin error but it was up upsetting t me at the time.

Very kind, caring and professional- a lovely safe space to talk about the impact of my dad’s death to somebody who doesn’t know the situation.

Sometimes would have like more suggestions of how to cope with my feelings/ experiences

They was a good balance between eliciting our views and providing new material.

Perhaps cover the importance of managing the energy you have available- {}its use.

A beautiful sittting! instructions were given clearly and with care and compassion the programme really has been very useful to help my physical and emotional well being. The covid protocols were very thorough, making to safe place to be.

The only thing I can think of is maybe some very gentle back gave music for the exercises.

To have built up more of a rapport with the group itself would have been easier with more sessions? 12

Would have liked more time for the group to have shared their own experiences.

The massage I received from Philippa was excellent and gave me something to look forward too every fortnight whilst caring for my mom.

To be to longer course than 6 weeks. :)

Counselling was very helpful.
