The connection between Emma and myself grew as the sessions progressed, Emma could not have done any better she was sincere and I felt comfortable talking to her.

Tai Chi moves were clearly demonstrated. Good build up of routine. Good explanation of each movement. Lovely space for the practice.

I love to understand ‘why’ so I would have appreciated how the movements were beneficial, whey they were in explanations for the orders they are in regular weekly sessions?

I attended a good course that helped are to meet others with same situation (grieving) and the lead was lovely. The meals were good and the staff caring. The facilities also very good.

Sam is very calm, caring and understanding. She gave various options of therapies (I had a mixture of reflexology and massage) and listened to my needs. The sessions were very relaxing thank you!
