The carers were all friendly and professional approachable caring. Explained everything deadly stayed longer when needed. Got to know my husband and he them.
Suggested improvements
It would have been lovely if 2 of the carers who had known he well had come to wash his body after he died instead of a new one he didn't known very well.

Absolutely fantastic- made me feel at ease and relaxed and able to say how I felt without fear of judgment and I had complete trust to offload my feelings and be provided with support I needed. Lovely and welcoming environment.

I don't think your exceptional staff could have done anymore for my husband or us as carers.
All staff was so friendly and thoughtful.

All carers showed empathy, humour and never failed to work to the highest of standard.
Suggested improvements
The only thing that could have eased our routine would have been some sort of notification 30 minutes before a visit to allow for meal planning - but that does seem picky!

I find Tai Chi very difficult doing in wheelchair but staff tried their best to accommodate me.

Everyone at Longfield were is very kind and caring and they listened which I feel is very important, hence why I ticked the appropriate boxes.

I really cannot think of anything I think all angels were covered to make on everything.

I found the course generally very helpful apart from the week concerning boundaries, this I found not helpful at all. Also I not sure the make up of the group was helpful.

I have received regular calls from you when the services were discontinued because of covid. I had 6 weeks telephone counselling but requested that I would like to be part of a bereavement group when one was started. You told me that I was top at the list when the groups could resume.
Suggested improvements
I was not happy about the boundaries sheet that we were given and felt that same of the sentences should have been removed or altered. They were not suitable for someone who has been individual, especially the mention of date nights and sexual boundaries.
