As a daughter and career I feel I have lost my identify and caring to the hospice has helped me find myself. Its still early days but I feel I am going in the right direction.
Suggested improvements
I am over whelmed by the kindness of all of the staff of the hospice and for me there is nothing I would change.

Emma counsellor was so caring and kind. Listened and helped me a lot. Only wish sessions were longer.
Suggested improvements
Sessions normally 12 Emma added extra 2 which was lovely - but wish was at least 15.

Received support tailored to my level of ability liked how options given and alternatives offered before you found you could not do 'form' made it seem 'normal' to have to adopt.
Suggested improvements
It all worked well for me. Personally I would prefer a morning class as fatigue gets worse during day.

The therapist I had (Sharon) was fantastic.
Very warm and welcoming. Easy to talk to.
Made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Treatments gave really helped.
Suggested improvements
I can't think of much only once I was sat I receptionist forgot to tell my therapist I had arrived but that's it.

The gentleman and lady were extremely courteous, I left the room while they attended to their duties. They left my wife clean and comfortable. When they came after she dies they were very kind to me and my son. I could not fault them in any way.
Suggested improvements
The service we received could not be improved. When I feel up to it I will be taking a lot of my wife's possessions to your charity shop in Tewkesbury.
