The course was very good. We were all encouraged to participate and although much was very emotional it was encouraging to know other people are going through the same experience.

Staff were professional as well as always coming across as kind and caring.

Before being assigned the appointments I would have liked to discuss things in more depth to try and co-ordinate other appointments better (but that is on me),

Setting up the sessions could have been smoother- I received multiple phone calls asking the same questions over and over. However once I started I was very happy.
Suggested improvements
The referral service could be smoother. Also very hard to speak to the right people- and email contact would have been better than continuous missed phone calls.
