Lena is very knowledgeable and experienced and really understood me and my personality from the first session. She challenged appropriately which has been really helpful for me.

My wife, Sue, was overwhelmed by the quality of care and the totally supportive attitude of all of the carers.
Suggested improvements
Nothing to improve, the carers were equally supportive of me during their visits providing home care in my wife's last weeks.
