I felt listened to and encouraged. It was reinforced what I already knew but reminded me to put it into action.
A safe space to get things off your chest with loss. A huge thank you. It was a lovely to walk around th garden afterwards.

Sam was very kind and welcoming her instructors were clear and she adjusted her pace to cater to our learning rate. The session was relavant and helpful. Its such at peaceful, calm environment and the session ehanced that experience.

Lena is excellent, made me feel validated, gave me another point of view. Most importantly, gave me space to think and feel at peace. She never judged me or made me feel like I had done something wrong.
