I was discussing all of my well being along side my frief counseling which was if great benefit. Discussing all the things I have done am doing and will do in the future whilst walking took my mind off what we talking about and allowed me to talk more freely whilst in an open free environment. Not being sat in an enclosed room was good for me.

The only way my councillor could be done better was for are to have brought up spine of the things that are set deep in my body and thoughts but deep my thoughts will never be discussed or spoken to anyone.

Throughout my sessions I always felt I was listened to and understood. I always felt that any discussions were aimed at me and my situation and not just a generic tick box session.

I personally do not think anything could have been done better I feel I now have an understanding and acceptance of how I feel and I am starting to feel parts of the old me coming back.

Everything from the moment you walk into reception to the end of the session is so relaxed and all staff are lovely and gentle. I feel it like I have cane away. known, more about my emotions of grief a lot better, and how to manage and deal with them. Clare is amazing at her role its brought a great comfort to me in what was a hard time.
