The Tai Chi tutors were both kind and caring.
Suggested improvements
The lesson my group missed due to illness of the tutor was a big miss - it would have been the last one. Sadly these was no times to fit it in, so cause did not have a proper ending for me.

I have found my sessions with Carla to be really helpful. She showed great understanding of my situation and was always good at giving me the space to explore my feelings.
Suggested improvements
Only one thing - as someone who has been bereaved I would have liked to join the creative writing group but this was not applicable to my situation which was disappointing.

Claire has actively listened to me and helped me to find solutions and told to use in the future. I have felt supported and feel a lot more consult in taking on the care role for Joel - not so frightened about the future.

Nothing. Everyone including reception staf have been warm and welcoming.

The waiting list was quite long, but actually it served me very well.
I would really like to have been able to attend some sessions with my partner.

My services at Longfield have helped in so many ways and facing situations and knowing with help and advice how to deal with things which I otherwise would have felt totally overwhelmed.
Suggested improvements
There is nothing that you could have done better being able to discuss problems and seek advise was something that I know would have made me feel totally alone, without your help.
