Review of Wellbeing Workshop written by a family member
29th December 2017

I found all the staff I came into contact with very kind and caring and helped me to relax away from my duties at home which in turn helps to look after my terminal ill husband. It is very good to have support away from the family at this time. Thank you.

Lucia was the best thing - always a safe and caring environment. Initial contact was very prompt and efficient in terms if setting up appointments. Can't really think of any way it could be improved.

A very friendly team who made me feel very much at ease the moment I stepped through the door. The far this sessions were very interesting and I felt more and more relaxed as we progressed. I am seen and will benefit from these techniques as time goes on. Thank you for all the support at this difficult time for me. I lost my dearest husband not long ago.

Review of Fatigue and Breathlessness Group written by a patient
29th December 2017

Our leaders were friendly and put everyone in the group at ease as I guess ost were quite nervous initially in strange surroundings and amongst unknown people. During each session Alison talked of and through over varying conditions and problems and how to deal with them or where to seek help. The exercises were to be done gently, without undue effort, easily repeated at home, even several times daily. I've found great benefit from doing them. Then to end, Sharon took us to a calm place and we relaxed mind and body for the last ten minutes. All too soon, time to leave. I can't think of anything that could improve the service. Informative, supportive and enjoyable.

Lorraine was a wonderful counsellor and helped me enormously. There are no improvements I would recommend. She was always thoughtful, considerate and positive. Now I have completed my course.
