I am really appreciative of the complimentary therapy sessions I was offered. I started the course of 6 weeks soon after initial assessment - just when I needed it. Lucia was kind and caring. Thank you.

I had bereavement counselling and I feel that the service helped me tremendously through loosing my mother at and early age. I have been able to come to terms with my relationship with my mum, forgive myself and I got tips for things to do for myself to let myself off the hook. I found out about a lot of things that I didn't know were there - guilt, anger, frustration. the sessions helped me work through these

The counselling was wonderful, it has made me feel calmer.
My only comment would be the ration of 1.8 loss of parent vs loss partner was a challenge to me.

I have learnt some ways of changing perspective on the issues I am managing. I have gained some insight into how my decisions/emotions may be used differently to support well being even if it does not change the problem I am facing. Thank you for the support I have received. It has been a great help.
