Professional, respectful, kind, caring but honest. Maybe have an online booking service if appointments need to be changed especially for people who don't like using the phone.

Very caring and professional counselor, a great listener, patient and kind.
Also, not in a rush to complete my treatment. Offered me more and made me feel valued. A great help at a very difficult time. I will miss Karen and the support she offered.

The staff and nurses gave my mother excellent care and also us as a family.
They were cheerful, caring and very understanding and treated this traumatic time with dignity.
We couldn't have asked better help, and can't praise all at Longfield enough. Thank you.

The support I received was very good. Before I came up for treatment I was blaming myself for my husband's death. But I done everything I could have for him and then I lost my mum so she help me with her as well, I cant thank you enough for helping me and my 2 boys as well. I would ask for help again if I need it. Thank you so very much.

The friendliness of both people taking the course was above and beyond what was needed but very much appreciated. Their support was invaluable.
It would be nice if the course could be slightly longer to enable sometime for general chattering between everyone which I felt was part of the whole experience.
