The atmosphere generated by the buildings, furnishing, staff and volunteers comes together to produce a calming balm to my soul. It is so good that it creates a problem of leaving and returning to my own life. Maybe add leaving us to the end of courses.

Everyone had a warm welcoming face and very patient listening to what you had to say. Personally felt that I was treated as an individual and my fears etc were dealt with in a very sympathetic way. Couldn't ask for more.

It would have been helpful if the appointments were on a more regular basis. I do realise that I was not always available when dates were offered but I think a set day each week/month and time would have benefitted myself.
