Compassion. Caring. Treating my family with respect.
Doctors carer were excellent, tailoring their actions to meet dad's needs. They provided care of the highest quality. Always explaining what they were doing and making sure dad was comfortable. Two carers frequently checked to make sure family members were supported.
The dedication and care shown by all the staff and volunteers. There is a marvelous atmosphere of tranquility at Longfield.
I hope that many other people will be able to have as much help as I have been given here.
Everyone was very kind. Lovely meals.
The care was very caring, calming and the atmosphere in the centre very therapeutic of itself. I felt welcomed into Longfield, also that the staff and therapists were happy and at ease working in the centre. Have you thought at a meditation group?
Personal and helpful in dealing with personal concerns.
Extended.
From walking through the door and being met with a friendly smile at reception, to meeting my counsellor, I can't fault anything. Our sessions were in a small, pleasant room. Gabby was so caring and comforting, asking just the right questions to get me talking and understanding how grief works. I only wish I could have a few more sessions a few months further on, to keep me on the correct path through the grief which has been buried inside for at least 10 years. Many many thanks :-).
The care was excellent. It was well thought out and explanation was clear. There was a range of different activities and treatments all of which were fully explained.
Treated dad with respect at all times including in his last few moments of life.
I enjoyed the art therapy and some massages. Food was excellent. Staff and volunteers were very polite and made you feel very welcome.
