Patience, understanding. People listen to me. The different approach to thinking about things. Giving you time, the location, the little displays, the garden. It is ok to talk about anything. It is alright not to talk. I liked the person who gave me counselling.

A wonderful sense of calm comes over me, being at Longfield. I feel loved and cared for. Have had several messages which were wonderful. Takes the stresses away from constantly caring for someone else.
I don't think any of this can be improved.

Long field staff are consummate professionals and me could not have asked for better care for my our father.
Thank you to the team who have been visiting him for the past three months - lightening up his days as well as supporting our mother through what has been a very difficult time.
Keep up the good work.
