Kind, caring, empathetic reflexologer. I found the 6 sessions progressively relaxing and supportive.

Nothing needs improvement. Every single carer was amazing. They were all angels. The whole family felt safe and cared for.

Very attentive and sympathetic and welcoming staff all round. Tai Chi class was run by a very kind, approachable, friendly person who was very good and clear with her instructions and explanations of overall benefits of this mindfulness approach to exercise very down to earth practical approach with nothing esoteric about it. The also had a sense of humour applied gently.

I received treatment counseling 1:1. Karen was so supportive understanding patient and found these sessions very useful. Without these, I'll be an emotional wreck! Can't thank Karen enough.

I felt comfortable and at ease from my very first session. Lena explained to me about how each session worked and I was able to tell her everything that, needed too. I took things away from each week and have put than into my daily routine. She made me understand that it's ok to say 'I'm not ok'. I feel so much better for speaking with Lena and, I know that the Longfield door is always open.

The care/kindness was excellent. I had a real 'connection' with my counselor. She was brilliant in unraveling my thought processes. I cannot praise her highly enough (her name is: Emma Snook) I have left Emma in a much stronger/better place than I arrived.

The Longfield carers provided a brilliant service to my wife and I during her last 2 months of life. I can't thank everyone enough. She laughed and joked with them as her condition deteriorated. I must have seen about 30 different faces but there isn't a single carer I could criticise. Thank you again.
