Following the death of my husband Dowe I accessed the bereavement counselling at Longfield.
Minchinhampton. The counselor war patient and caring. I was able to talk freely and openly I felt as though I was listened to and unjudged.

Sympathetic understanding.
Helpful in identifying ways to look at the situation from all points of view. Also, how to prevent getting into the same low place and not thinking there no way bade.
