The counselling was sensitive and appropriate in that as time went on, different types of support were given by theories of grief, visual aids, quotations from research. Adequate time was given for different subjects to be expanded - I felt in no way pressured and the counsellor made few interjections. These comments/prompts helped me flow of thought, sometimes helping me to think more deeply thus, facilitating understanding/acceptance. A safe arena to let my grief well up. Overflow and become free.
