Lena was excellent in every way (She never looked bored when it would have been (justifiable!). Always kind and professional she's helped me a lot and I would not hesitate to see her again of I needed to.

Nothing. I honestly cannot think of anything. The welcome at reception was warm, coffee ordered { }. The atmosphere here is calm and I have coming here.
