Good to talk to Karen about my stress, despair worries and challenges in my present ongoing situation and mixed emotional state. She put perspective my at times wobbly thinking and assumptions and general a nurse balanced, different way of thinking the able to cope. She outlined strategies of coping with mental turmoil and certain routes of thought to pressure self preservation. She was extremely patient positive and supportive more than understanding and totally empathetic, giving the advice I will always refer to and treasure, this will stand by the even more difficulties to come any improvements.
