The staff from long field who looked after my mum during her last week were moredible. They were kind and caring, and mum felt she was keeping her dignity as they cared for her. They made her laugh, all the way through. We are especially grateful to her and {} who came on the play she died, and calmed her afterwards- they treated her as a full human being with great respect was after she had died.

Suggested improvements
The only thing I worry about in the administration of {}, which she needed up only death. Not sure of this was through long field or district nurses. Also it was not until I pinned a nurse down about what was happening that I fully understood the short amount of time left the week before she died a timely consultation would have been helpful through I understood this isn't always possible.
