I was feeling anxious about the sessions but Lena's calm, gentle, approachable demeanor put me at ease Immediately she opened conversations allowing me to express everything I had held deep inside for { } and made me understand my emotions. She was encouraging and brilliant all the options { } staff were very friendly and welcoming friendly. The setting is calm and beautiful.
