I found the initial phone consultation excellent, the lady was very kind and understanding and gave me reassurance and I was expertly guided towards one to one counselling which I accepted. My counselor was very understanding and actively listened to everything that had happened. In my mind, I was able to come to terms with the tragic circumstances of my husband's death. I cannot in my case think of anything that could be improved upon, I found the service excellent and so very helpful. The fact that help was offered free of charge, was especially helpful as after a death money is diverted in so many ways and money is short. Most people would not be able to afford this kind of help, help that is critical at this time not a time when it is really most needed. I shall always be grateful to Long field and shall do my best to repay their kindness.
