I was admitted twice to triage and stayed for 5 days during induction, birthing process. Absolutely every member of staff, from medical to domestic made my husband, daughter and I very welcome, special and like a priority we had follow up visits from midwife, doctors that really made our experience memorable.

I bring my son, kids hospital was close. How the hell this is hospital and receptionist told me not enough staff. If this is your great care you should shame your staff.

Could be better communication post birth. Baby was on neonatal unit but I was moved to maternity ward. No one told me how long I would be there even though baby had been put on antibiotics so I would be in a week while she had full course. Care itself was excellent and all staff very friendly and helpful.

Christine our midwife was very professional and at the same time ensured Lottee's birth was as comfortable as possible, I was very impressed as was Kloe, the woman is an absolute credit to what you do here, we are very grateful, thank you.
