Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly, caring staff - not much to improve unless a TV or radio could be installed (playing quietly) or soft background music & daily paper.

all of the midwifes were very friendly the midwife that I was assigned to was off sick for the majority of my proegnancy, so I saw different people. They all took the time to have a chat , made sure I was ok etc. I didn't feel rushed during any my visits.

was sent from children's A & E to primary care, waited 1 + hour to be informed we should not have been sent round as need to ses eye doctor, and had to come back.
