The care given by all staff was excellent from start to finish. I was impressed with the levels of service and empathy given by the day and night teams when my baby was taken ill and went to NICU. The teams in the birthing suite, Mat ward and NICU have been exceptional and I would like to thank all that have been involved in Erwa and my care. Thank you.

Nothing was too much trouble for any one from the Drs to the cleaning staff I never hard anyone say no. Everyone was so helpful and all the staff were so kind.

Lots of support staff available,e specially on night shift. Great breastfeeding advice. Some inconsistent advice given regarding keeping baby warm/correct temp. Breakfast was cold (tea and toast).
