The standard of care was excellent throughout my stay I felt I was in good hands. Nurses and carers both wonderful. Food and drinks staff, so nice, cleaners (Mrs Mop) were kind and cheered you up. Junior doctors - very polite young gentlemen. Senior staff doctor was very polite and attentive, all in all, a 5 star team.

I have received the best care anyone could wish for whilst being in hospital after surgery. Everyone has been so friendly and very professional. I would and have done in the past, recommended Kings Mill. I use to travel here from Derby and now time in nolts.

Friendly and helpful staff which took great care and calmed all nerves Rahda went out of her way to make sure my stay in the maternity ward was pleasant. The operation was a lot better than expected as I was dreading it due to the great staff.

I had got to know everyone as I was in for 9 nights, I loved all the staff they took good care of me, few names. Suzanne, Lisa, Dawn, Laura, Mandy, Sarah, Sue.

No improvement could be made. The care from everyone from the ladies who cleaned my room, served my meals, the HCAs and nurses (and Dee the student nurse), the doctors and surgical team were fantastic, reassuring.

The care I received on ward 14 was very compassionate and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
