All staff very thorough, very professional, but also friendly and very aware of patients needs and worries. Everyone, from Mr Morgan (my consultant) down to cleaners and house =keepers, made me feel very much at ease, and when problems arose (2 am ) they were quick to respond and start appropriate treatment. The doctors and nurses all kept me in the picture, so that I know exactly what was happening to me. HCAs play a vital role.

The level of empathy was amazing.
Knowing that the profession of midwifery is a hard tasking job. None of the staff let that show and from the midwife to the cleaner and catering staff, everyone was professional, caring and are a credit to Kings Mill.

We were in labour for a long time- under your care for 27 hours then needed emergency c section go of the team were fantastic- very friendly and patient and kind, only one 1 midwife became a bit patronised when we asked questions.

Very attentive with care provided.
Nice atmosphere. Very friendly and cheerful. Felt safe and looked after.

The level of care was fantastic throughout, very professional whilst being kind, sympathetic and encouraging.
I personally felt all my needs and requests were met without question especially regarding pain relief.
