The personnel was kind with me and gentle. It was a very pleasant experience! The only inconvenient is that we wanted to give birth in water which they said it was not possible at that time. I would like however if it's possible to have this aspect verified. The date and time we asked for that was 26/11/15 at 08:00 and the actual birth was at 12:00. All my friends said the same, that they never got the chance to give birth in water which is very disappointing for some of us. Rather than that... The service was EXCELLENT and we would like to thank you for that!
