Always kept clean and there is a cheerful attitude from the staff.
The doctors are poor in communication with next of kin.

We are extremely sorry you have felt this way. The doctors are easily accessed through the ward and family members are able to make an appointment with the doctors through the nursing or ward team. Also we recommend a nominated family member who is able to communicate with the other family members or a joint family meeting with the next of kin present together to eliminate poor communication.
