The day staff are excellent and my husband has been treated with dignity and good care. The night staff on the other hand some are very good and caring and treat him with more compassion and dignity. Shortage of warm blankets and pillows.

Physiotherapy could be daily and more often. Lack of consultant interaction with me care depreciated over time. Need a calendar on wall.
