Not enough quick response when asking for help as an urgent case I waited 3 month's then still needed more waiting for therapy groups it didn't help my condition made it worse in actual fact
Suggested improvements
Answer referrals faster and just because your not suicidal even if regularly self harming reaching out for out of hours help and not even getting through or worse being hung up on!
