There are things which me to repair and therefore liked windows not shutting making the word very cold treating seems very poor for a hospital this is not good when you are sleeping next to its I think there are long standing points.

Suggested improvements
There are other things could be better but these would need better staffing which is not very early at this time doors not shutting as they should do.

Response from Isebrook Hospital

Sorry this has happened. The staff are trained to understand this so it may be that certain individuals need a refresh. I have sent your comments to the matron for action. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager

Since I was transferred from NGH to Isebrook, the physio team have done an excellent job in taking me from being unable to stand to being able to walk independently using walking stick(s). They know to push me to achieve improvements with { } pushing to far.

Suggested improvements
Just two incidents that happened on the same night./n1. I needed assistance in the toilet. A nurse time I had not seen on the ward before or since, attended and said you are independent so you can do it yourself and let me done to { }./n2. The same night when again I needed assistance in the toilet the second nurse on duty attended and very angrily said you must stay doing this it is not fair only!

Review of First Contact Physiotherapy-Isebrook
17th February 2022

The care & treatment I received was selected for me & I was listened too, which greatly helped in moving forward, unfortunately my hip is going to deteriorate but for now I have been given exercises to help strengthen my muscles to help in deferring Futher treatment. So thank you to the 2 Steve's for their help & advice

I always get exercises to do, which eventually help. It would be helpful to have hands on treatment to help with the pain and kick start recovery.
