Community care hospital ....Patients all seem to have deteriorated since admission, lack of communication between nurses, physios and occupational therapists... Clothes and personal items go missing. Health care assistants tutting when a patient needed a bed pan. Food on floor . Constant UTI'S and infection. Would I recommend the Isebrook .. NO!

However, all comments are shared at our ward meetings so that we can learn. We encourage patients and families to discuss any matters of concern such as these with the ward matron.

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to staff the ward to accommodate the needs of patients and to provide a safe hospital. However sometimes staff can be extremely busy but will always make time to talk to patients.
