More staff.
Very hardworking and pushed for time with patients.

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to staff the ward to accommodate the needs of patients and to provide a safe hospital. However sometimes staff can be extremely busy but will always make time to talk to patients.

My care in this 5 star hotel was fantastic.
I feel all the staff should try all the equipment patients ask eg commodes, wheelchairs at dining tables - washing at sinks etc.
It would be an idea to have a museum in the gym and a fortnight or so paid for by the patient. Long live the NHS.
