Communication could have been better, visiting restrictions lifted, but had to pursue to get information.

Understanding and compassionate service. Having dealt with mental health team for many years it definitely seems as if the change in running of service is providing a better service to customer, I feel as if there is more support than there has been in a long time

Even though consultations were necessarily done over the telephone, I always felt totally involved in my care planning and assured that my physio was committed to helping me to get the best out of the time spent going through the physio program.
I was also encouraged to take an external confidence building exercise program to rebuild the confidence I have lost since being unwell. I felt that it was important to the physiotherapist that I do all possible to get the best result.
