I think mental health teams struggle due to funding and everything else so therefore I believe they do the best they can with the resources they have

I think someone should try calling the numbers that are given to patients for extra support out of hours, they are not the greatest of support for someone going through a crisis and can often actually make situations far worse, to the point that I rarely call out of hours now because of being badly treated etc. I think this should be looked at closer before handing out the numbers.

It has taken ages to get an appointment despite needing urgent attention. My appointment is only on Friday. I had a very nice phone appointment but then nothing until now.

Pay attention to those most in need. I can give better answers after I have actually had my first appointment.

Since being discharged nearly a week ago I've not Had any interaction via telephone,email nothing.

Make contact with service users at least within 24 hrs of discharge

Throughout using the service. I felt safe and supported. [name removed] never judged me or my emotions and actions. I was able to better understand my own needs and mental health, and I am in a much better place moving forward.

The only time I didn't feel involved was when my medication was changed I was told by [name removed] that the consultant decided it was best to change and while [name removed] supported me massively. I just wish I had more of an input as I would have asked more questions and may have adjusted quicker.
